2:03:15 PM Commissioner Vincent I move that we ask Lee Provance, Road and Bridge Department and Mr. Siebenga to work out an arrangement where the county will obtain a public easement as stipulated in the agreement and as agreed to by those parties and ultimately the Commission in order to pave a section of this new access road the exact length of that road to be determined in the agreement and that we dedicate impact fees for the purposes of funding that.
